Amid rumors of tension in Delhi, the Delhi Police received a total of 1880 ‘Distress Calls’ on Sunday with the maximum number of 481 calls being received in West Delhi while not a single call was received in New Delhi. Police said 413 distress calls were received in South East Delhi, 310 in Dwarka and 222 in Outer Delhi, while 6 calls were received in East Delhi.
