Aadarsh belongs to a simple family. His father moved from the village to Barabanki 20 years ago for a better environment. Father Radhakant is from the village of Madna in the flood-affected area of Ramnagar tehsil in Barabanki.
He works as an accountant in a private company and works in the GST department. His wife Geeta Shukla is a housewife. They raised Aadarsh and his sister Sneha, and they struggled in a difficult environment. About 20 years ago, he came to the district headquarters from the village. Earlier he lived in a rented house, but over time, he built his own house in Mayur Bihar Colony in Obari. Adash’s father said that it was his dream to break the civil service system. However, due to lack of financial resources, although he was well prepared, he failed to attend the exam. However, now his son has realized his dream.
