- PUBG Mobile India requires a green light from MEITY. The ministry which had banned PUBG along with others are yet to react on the PUBG’s new registered entity. This permission is very important as we all know it was Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology that put the ban on the game so they are the ones to revoke it.
Step 2 : PUBG Comeback can only happen if all other Government compliances are completed
- PUBG Mobile India needs all the basic government compliances for functioning in India. They needs a GST number. Every business holder gets Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) or a GST Number. Every registered person receives a unique identification number. No organization and business can carry on business without registering under GST guidelines.
Step 3 : PUBG will have to make sure that user data is not compromised
