39 killed by ‘mystery viral disease’ in Uttar Pradesh

Viral fever and dengue havoc in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh is not decreasing. In the last 10 days, 39 people including 32 children have died here.

In view of the havoc of dengue, the administration has ordered to keep all the schools from classes 1 to 8 closed till 6 September. CM Yogi Adityanath reached Firozabad on Monday.

He inquired about the health services in the medical college. After this meeting, the relatives of the patients (children) were admitted in the medical college.

CM Yogi conducts an investigation of dengue and viral cases at the government level and to improve the health services of the medical college. With this, the Chief Minister reached Sudama Nagar.

There he also met the victims and their families. At the same time, the Medical Superintendent of the Medical College, Dr. Hansraj said that till now the symptoms of dengue and viral have been found in the children. 

Fever has spread in many districts of West UP. Cases of viral fever and dengue have been reported in Meerut, Agra, Mathura, Aligarh, Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Firozabad, Baghpat, Bijnor, Rampur, Moradabad, Hapur, Kasangj, etc. districts.

Along with this, there have been deaths of patients in some districts. Flu outbreak occurs in monsoon.
