40,000+ Cases Of Coronavirus Recorded In India In The Last 24 Hours

Coronavirus cases in India continue to grow. The situation is that many states are again having to declare a week or two-week lockdown. With this, for the first time in India, more than 40 thousand cases have been found in 24 hours.

A record of 40,425 new cases was reported in the last day, while 681 people died. With this, the number of infected in India reached 11 lakh 18 thousand 43. Also, the death toll from Coronavirus has now increased to 27 thousand 497. There are 3 lakh 90 thousand 459 active cases of Corona in the country.

The situation in India is that in the last 3 days, the number of people who are affected by corona in the country has gone from 10 lakh to 11 lakh. Talking about the last 24 hours, Corona has recorded the newest cases of one day in 7 states of India. These states include Maharashtra (9518), Andhra Pradesh (5041), Tamil Nadu (4979), West Bengal (2278), Uttar Pradesh (2250), Rajasthan (934) and Madhya Pradesh (837).

Talking about the most affected states in the country, the situation in Maharashtra is quite bad. Now the number of victims has reached 3 lakh 10 thousand. At the same time, the number of dead has now risen to 11,854 with 258 new deaths in 24 hours. Maharashtra accounts for more than one-third of the country’s total deaths.

Tamil Nadu ranks second among the infected states, where 4979 new infections have been detected in a single day. With this, the number of victims in the state has now reached 1 lakh 70 thousand 693. Delhi is at number three with 1 lakh 22 thousand 793 cases. Tamil Nadu also has 2315 lives, compared to 3571 deaths in Delhi at number three.
