The incident took place in Dahej industrial area, app. 235 km from Ahmedabad. The six victims were working near a reactor, which blew off during solvent distillation process. Incident took place at around 3 am in the unit in Gujarat’s Bharuch district. No one else was injured in the incident, which took place near the plant’s control room.
