A spokesperson for the state-run airline Air India has said that the flight from Washington (US) to Delhi flew late by 57 hours due to a technical glitch. The plane was scheduled to leave from Washington on Sunday morning but it took off on Wednesday morning and reached Delhi at 7.40 pm on Wednesday. The aircraft had 133 passengers on board.
