According to the 2020 Hurun Global Rich List, India has the highest number of billionaires after China (799) and the US (626). There were 34 new billionaires in India till January 31 this year, taking the total number to 138. Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani is the richest person in the country with a net worth of $ 67 billion.
