On Instagram, actor Arjun Kapoor posted photos of his body transformation, highlighting his weight loss. Arjun revealed that the transformation took him 15 months to complete (from February 2021 to May 2022). Before landing his debut film Ishaqzaade, Arjun made headlines for his 50-pound weight loss.
“15 months of being a #workinprogress!” Arjun captioned the photos. I thought it was cute, and I’m not going to delete it because I’m so proud of this journey. It was a difficult period from February 2021 to May 2022, and I’m only glad I was able to stay on track. Must admit that staying on track was difficult, and it still is, but I’m enjoying the state of mind that I’ve been in for the past few weeks.
“My #MondayMotivation is now me, not others on the gramme loving themselves,” he continued. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt like this!! “This is who I am, including my chest hair.”
Sanjay Kapoor, Arjun’s uncle, and Maheep Kapoor, Arjun’s aunt, both dropped clapping hands and fire emojis. “Yasssssss,” his sister Anshula Kapoor exclaimed. Dia Mirza replied with emojis of blessed hands and hearts. “Well done baba,” Parineeti Chopra wrote. “Superb,” Kriti Sanon wrote, while Ranveer Singh said, “Haye garmi (This is hot).” “Your May 2022 photo reminds me of my youth,” comedian Atul Khatri said.
“This is awesome – you look great!” one person said. You’ve come a long way and should be proud of yourself.” “Very inspirational,” one person wrote, while another asked, “Please share a descriptive video.”
Arjun had previously lost nearly 50 kilogrammes before starring in Ishaqzaade in 2012. “Pehle main bohot mota bohot pareshan tha,” Arjun captioned a collage of before and after images of himself in July 2021, speaking about his weight-loss journey. No, this isn’t one of those articles… Just wanted to say that I enjoy every chapter of my life. Every step of the way, back then and now, I’ve been myself. I treasure everything. Like everyone else, I’m still a work in progress. My mother always told me that life is a journey and that you will always be a work in progress.
