As yesterday was the largest day of its run, Sardar enjoyed a great Monday at the box office. It experienced significant development as Tamil Nadu brought in 7.25 crores and India passed the 10-crore barrier.

As yesterday was the largest day of its run, Sardar enjoyed a great Monday at the box office. Tamil Nadu experienced a significant increase in sales of almost 40%, bringing in approximately Rs. 7.25 crores, while other regions witnessed comparable amounts to Sunday. The overall figure reached double digits, coming to approximately Rs. 31.25 crores. Large gains in Tamil Nadu occurred outside of larger cities, which were restrained during the first three days because it was Pre-Diwali. Due to the fact that the holiday season will last until Wednesday and that there will be some leftovers on Thursday, these smaller centres will continue to see significant collections.

The following table lists Sardar’s box office earnings in India:

6 crores on Friday
Seven crores on Saturday
Sunday: 8 crores of rupees
Rs. 10.25 crores on Monday

Total: Rs. 31.25 crores

Sardar is taking the same course as Kaithi, another Diwali release starring Karthi, which had a slow start but made significant gains throughout the festival weekend thanks to positive word of mouth. On its first day, Kaithi earned Rs 2.40 crores, quadrupled to Rs 5.40 crores on Diwali Day, and ended its first week with Rs 26 crores. Here, Sardar debuted on Friday to Rs. 3.50 crores and quadrupled to Rs. 7.25 crores on Diwali. In the state, a first-week total of 33–35 crores is anticipated.

With about Rs. 8 crores in Telugu states, the movie has also done well, bringing in comparable daily collections. At lower levels, Karnataka has also performed well.

Following is a breakdown of Sardar’s Indian box office receipts by region:

Tamil Nadu: 20 crores of rupees
Rs. 8.25 crores for AP/TS
Karnataka: 1.80 crores of rupees
Kerala: 90 lakhs rupees
30 lakhs in the north of India
