A small rivulet in upper Assam has been on fire for the past two days, with a huge pile of hellish red paint and smoke, after which a crude oil pipeline was torn in the area. The small stream of Burhi Dihing river in Naharkatiya town of Deogarh district, more than 400 km from Guwahati, was engulfed in flames on Saturday.
