She claimed that learning to love her body and stop worrying about what other people thought of her took a lot of practise. But now she adores it.
Sameera penned: “I treat my body well and with love. Years were wasted worrying about what people would think of me. I’m thankful that it took me so long to arrive. My cellulite and curves have made me more at ease in front of the camera than ever. We must be more understanding of how our bodies change and strive for a healthy and happy body. Be gentle with yourself. Work constructively with what you have rather than striving for perfection.”
