City reports 37 fresh Covid cases, zero deaths in last 24 hours

According to data shared by the city’s health department, Delhi recorded zero COVID-19 deaths and 37 new cases on Sunday, with a positive rate of 0.06%. According to official data, only 5 deaths were reported from coronavirus infection last month-1 death each on September 7, September 16 and September 17, and 2 deaths on September 28.

According to official data, four deaths have been recorded so far this month – one each on October 2, October 10, October 19, and October 22. The death toll from the coronavirus infection in Delhi is 25,091. According to the latest health bulletin, 37 cases were recorded on Sunday, with a positive rate of 0.06%. On Saturday, 40 cases were recorded and the positive rate was 0.07%.

According to official data, 38 cases were recorded on Friday, with a positive rate of 0.07%. The cumulative number of cases on Sunday was 14,39,603. More than 14.14 million patients have recovered from the virus. The announcement stated that a total of 60,704 tests were carried out one day ago—47,902 RT-PCR tests and 12,802 rapid antigen tests.

On Monday, 15 cases were recorded and the positive rate was 0.03%. According to official data, this is the lowest daily number of cases since 9 cases were recorded on March 28 last year. Official data showed that the number of daily cases fell to 17 on September 13, with no death records, and the positive rate was 0.04%.
