Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said in a press conference with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday that all children from nursery to eighth grade in the state will be promoted to the next class. He informed that during the lockdown, the activity will be sent to parents of the child through SMS / recorded phone calls to teach these children.
