In India, 43,893 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours have increased the total cases to 79,90,322 on Wednesday morning, while on Tuesday, the lowest in 3 months, 36,470 daily cases were reported. The death toll from infection in the country rose to 1,20,010 while 72,59,509 patients have been discharged. At the same time, there are 6,10,803 active cases.
