Russian President Vladimir Putin, while addressing MPs in Russia’s Upper House, said that soon Russia will register its second Covid-19 vaccine. “The healthcare system is now ready to compete the Covid-19 efficiently,” he said. Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Health had said that it would register the Covid-19 vaccine ‘Epivackorona’ by 15 October.
