Curfew in U’khand extended till May 25, negative RT-PCR report must for wedding guests

In Uttarakhand, the government has extended the Covid curfew till 25 May. At the same time, considering the experience of the Covid curfew, the government has made the RTPCR’s negative report mandatory for the wedding ceremony.

Late Monday, Chief Secretary Om Prakash also released the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regarding the Covid curfew. Guidelines have been set in a high-level meeting with Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat.

The second phase of Covid curfew will be implemented from 6 am on May 18 to 6 am on May 25. At the same time, the RTPCR report will be mandatory for attending weddings. Also, only a maximum of 20 people will be able to attend the wedding.
