Jammu and Kashmir administration has withdrawn the state’s highest Sher-e-Kashmir Police Medal for bravery in 2018 to DSP Davinder Singh, who was arrested along with two Hizbul Mujahideen militants in Kulgam. DGP Dilbag Singh said that it has been recommended to sack the suspended officer Davinder Singh and will hand over the investigation of the case to the NIA.
