On September 9, Brahmastra was made available in theatres. The fantasy movie, which Ayan Mukerji directed, did well at the box office, earning more than 160 crores globally in just two days after it opened. Tuesday’s box office receipts for the movie were slightly down, coming in at 11–11.3 crore nett for the Hindi version and 12.5 crore nett for all languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. The domestic sum is around 154.90 crore nett.

Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy co-star in the movie Brahmastra with him. In the movie, Shah Rukh Khan also has a cameo. On Monday (day 4), Brahmastra had made 16 crore net, as opposed to between 41 and 42 crore on Sunday (day 3). The collections decreased by about 20% on day 5.

The decrease was not significant and can be made up if the movie’s receipts increase in the ensuing days. According to a BoxOfficeIndia.com survey, Brahmastra saw the greatest decline in domestic box office receipts among all national chains in the nation.
