Dealers in India consider legal action against Harley-Davidson

NEW DELHI: Dealers in India for Harley-Davidson Inc said on Tuesday they are investigating legitimate activity against the notable American cruiser brand after it successfully surrendered the market as a component of a more extensive rebuilding plan.

The sellers have recruited driving Indian law office AZB and Partners to audit their desk work with Harley-Davidson and recommend if there is a legitimate cure, Rishi Aggarwal, a vendor for the cruiser organization, told correspondents.

“Harley needs to repay us for our misfortunes. That is the main bone of conflict. AZB is contemplating the situation,” he said during a question and answer session coordinated by The Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) in India.
