Delhi’s Safdarjung Observatory recorded a minimum temperature of 6.9 ° C in Delhi on Sunday. Kuldeep Srivastava, head of IMD’s regional center, said, “This is the lowest minimum temperature in Delhi in this month since November 2003, when the city recorded a minimum temperature of 6.1 ° C.” The lowest minimum temperature in November 2019 was 11.5 ° C.
