About 1300 people have been arrested so far in connection with the riots in Terti Delhi last week, while 98 percent of students took the board examinations on Monday amid tight security arrangements. Officials said the situation in the area was calm and no cases of violence had been reported in the last five days. Police arrested 40 people in the national capital for spreading rumors. Rumors had caused panic in some areas of the city on Sunday.
