A 16-year-old assault survivor brought forth a child on the patio of her home in north Delhi, police said on Wednesday.
The police got a PCR approach October 31. The guest educated them about an infant.
Police said they recouped the newborn child enveloped by a fabric from north Delhi, however no additional data was gotten with respect to the infant. Afterward, police checked CCTV film of the region.
“We got data on Saturday late evening with respect to the newborn child. Police arrived at the spot and surged the child to a clinic. At the point when we checked the CCTV film of the zone, the child was found with a young lady,” a senior cop said.
Police followed the young lady who said that she was assaulted by a 60-year-elderly person around eight to nine months prior and didn’t educate her mom about it as she was terrified, he said.
She covered the newborn child with a material and put the infant close to a shop a long way from her home and left the detect, the official said.
A case under different areas of assault and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act was enlisted and the denounced man, who is a businessperson, has been captured, the police said.
The young lady lives with her mom who functions as a homegrown assistance. The blamed purportedly assaulted her eight to nine months back, they said.
