According to the Model Code, the fifth phase of the campaign ends with the beginning of a period of silence. The fifth-stage general election is scheduled to secure 60 parliamentary seats in 11 districts in Uttar Pradesh: Amethi, Ayodhya, Bahraich, Barabanki, Chitrakoot, Gonda, Kaushambi, Pratapgarh, Prayagraj, Shrawasti and Sultanpur.
