At a Mumbai event, singer Falguni Pathak and actor Rashmika Mandanna enjoyed a tender moment. The actor, who has been promoting her Bollywood debut Goodbye, shared a picture of the two of them on Tuesday. At a Navratri event, the two took a picture on stage together. Rashmika referred to Falguni as the “dandiya queen” in an Instagram Stories photo she posted from the occasion.
Falguni Pathak chose a black and gold gown while Rashmika was dressed in a bright pink and blue ensemble. They both grinned and turned to face the camera as they posed in front of a throng of supporters. “An evening well spent in Mumbai with the dandiya (queen emoji) and my loves,” Rashmika said with the photo. Cheers to Navratri! She added a red heart and a flower emoji to her caption as well as tagged Falguni. Falguni reposted Rashmika’s image on her own Instagram Stories when she was preoccupied with stage performances during the Navratri celebration.
Falguni has recently made headlines due to her altercation with singer Neha Kakkar. The legendary Falguni song Maine Payal Hai Chhankai was remade in Neha’s most recent single, O Sajna. While Neha has received criticism for her performance of the song on social media, Falguni has also voiced her disapproval. Falguni shared fan comments on Instagram after Neha was criticised for ‘ruining’ the original song. She has also discussed Neha’s rendition in recent interviews. Most recently, Falguni stated that while she was okay with her songs being adapted, they have to be done professionally.
