Before commercial pet food entered the market, many animals lived on the pieces leftover from human meals. This pattern recovered universality in 2007 after many pets died from eating melamine-defiled food produced in China. Today, an ever-increasing number of animal lovers are home-cooking the food varieties their pets eat so they know precisely what goes into their weight control plans.
