Srividya Rajan, who trained with former Air Force pilot Gunjan Saxena, wrote on Facebook about the film ‘Gunjan Saxena’, “It showed that Gunjan Saxena was the only female pilot in the Kargil operation. This is a false fact.” He wrote, “I was the first female pilot sent to Srinagar … with a male comrade. Before Gunjan … had arrived … in disputed areas … had flown.”
