Gold Price Reached ₹ 50,000 / 10g In India For The First Time, Silver Also Crossed ₹ 61,000 / Kg

Gold prices in India reached ₹ 50,000 per 10 grams for the first time in history amid hopes of further relief packages to economies affected by Covid-19. Gold futures on MCX reached an all-time high of ₹ 50,085 in early trade. At the same time, the price of silver rose by 7% to ₹ 61,280 per kg on Wednesday.
