In Chennai, 10 grams of 24-karat gold sold for Rs 49,450 on Monday, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold sold for Rs 45,330.

In Chennai, a kilogram of silver is priced at Rs 65,500 today, while in Delhi and Mumbai, the metal is selling for Rs 61,200.
Silver was sold at Rs 61,200 per kilo in Kolkata, while in Hyderabad and Bangalore it was sold at Rs 65,500 per kilo.
