Gujrat Builder Accommodates 42 Poor Families In His Building Amid COVID Crisis

In this difficult time of Corona crisis, people coming to Surat from various states of the country are going through financial crisis. In such a situation, they want to return to their village. To help such troubled people, a Surat builder has put forward a helping hand.

Builder Prakash Bhalani has opened his flats to 42 families who are unable to pay rent. The builder says that they will not be charged fare instead, only Rs 1500 will have to be paid for the maintenance fee. These people can stay here as long as they want.

A project named Rudraksh Lake Palace in Umra of Olapad in Surat is ready by the builder. Currently, no buyer is coming to buy them. In such a situation, the builder has given free house to the people suffering from Corona crisis.

Builder Prakash Bhalani told that people have started living in 42 flats out of 92 flats in Rudraksh Lake Palace Society. These are the people who shifted to Surat with the hope of employment, but in the lockdown and then unlock, companies cut their salary and some have been fired.

Because of which a financial crisis has arisen in front of these people. Builder Bhalani told that when we announced the giving of free flats on social media, many needy people came to us, I am just taking 1500 rupees maintenance per month from every family.
