On Sunday, Electricity Union Minister RK Singh held a meeting with officials from the North East Electricity Company (NEEPCO) in Guwahati to review the progress of various projects.
At the meeting, the United Power Minister expressed his appreciation for the rapid increase in production capacity of Northeast Electric Power and the substantial growth of green energy power generation, and urged Northeast Electric Power to become a company with a capacity of more than 4,000 megawatts in the next seven years, and to give full support.
