He has failed thrice but there are others who have failed more times than him.” This remark from Harbhajan has not gone down well with Karthik, who hit back at the veteran spinner by saying, “Baaki bhi fail hue par ham unki baat nahi kar rahe.” Karthik’s response is a clear indication that he is not happy with the way he has been treated by the team management. It is also a sign of the frustration that he must be feeling at not being able to cement his place in the Test team. While Karthik has failed to make an impact in the Test series against England, he has been in good form in the domestic circuit.
