Bucket hats have been in trend for some time now. But the thing about this bucket hat is that many love it while many hate wearing it. Bucket-shaped hats that are tight on the top of your head make one look fairly young as they look very similar to the hats most of us wore in our childhood days.
But how did this trend start?
It all started when Rihanna wore a Prada’s nylon bucket hat which she paired with jeans and a top and looked cool in the outfit. Soon after Rihanna, Brad Pitt followed her style and then Edward Enninful too wore a black bucket hat to many of his shows. And that is how the bucket hat trend was established. Now the trend is all over social media and you can find teenagers and fashion influencers with bucket hats all around.
These bucket hats have become so common that you can find them in any store, from street markets to H&M and ZARA. Even brands like Gucci, Parada have been designing their bucket hats.
Bucket hats are one of the great accessories that you can play around with if you want to make your outfit a little extra by doing the minimal effort. It instantly adds a statement to your look and makes you look considerably younger. But the problem with bucket hats is that not everyone can carry the look and not everyone is Rihanna. It goes with certain outfits well and it might even look horrible with some outfits. So, one needs to be good at fashion or with bucket hats while carrying the bucket hat outfits.
