A western disturbance in northern India will bring rain in Delhi NCR from Friday night and continue until Sunday morning, according to a senior scientist at the India Meteorological Department (IMD). Cloudy days will dominate due to the western disturbance, with minimum temperatures rising to 13 degrees Celsius.

IMD’s RK Jenamani told news agency ANI, however, that the unrest in the west was weaker than the previous unrest in the capital, which caused heavy rains in the capital region, adding that there would be light to very little rain. There is also a chance of hail in Punjab Haryana state, Genemani said.

“Daytime temperatures will remain low due to the rains throughout northern India, Rajasthan, Haryana,” Janamani told Reuters.
