After more than ten years of marriage, son Aarav and daughter Nitara are the children of Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna. Twinkle posted a sweet video of herself with 11-year-old Nitara on Instagram Reels on Tuesday. In the makeover video, the mother and daughter grew closer over cosmetics.
“A makeover was the focus of this weekend.”
While Nitara was giving her mother a “makeover,” Twinkle was reading a book and conversing with someone in the room while seated in the makeup chair. Twinkle said in the video that Nitara did her makeup the last time, and the outcome was comical. While Nitara applied a subtle cosmetics look on her mother, Twinkle, in her clever and humorous way, included a glossy old photo of herself and joked that her “makeover” had left her looking “wow.”
“This weekend was all about a makeover, and I suppose she does have a future as the next @namratasoni (celebrity makeup artist),” she captioned the photo. Akshay Kumar discussing Twinkle’s intellect
Actor Akshay Kumar recently praised actress Twinkle for completing her PhD at the age of 50, saying his daughter Nitara receives her intelligence from the actor-turned-author.
“Main to anpadh aadmi hu, zyada padha nahi hu,” Akshay stated during batsman Shikhar Dhawan’s chat show, Dhawan Karenge. When the main character, Twinkle Khanna, is introduced, everything go wrong. (I haven’t learned much; I’m an ignorant man). While she is the one with the brains, I perform manual labour.”
“She has taken such good care of my children (son Aarav and daughter Nitara) when I go to work,” he continued. Even now, my wife’s outlook on life surprises me. Even at fifty, she continues to attend classes. She is pursuing her PhD at this time after completing her master’s.
Twinkle Khanna enrolled in Goldsmiths, University of London, in 2022 to pursue a master’s degree in fiction writing. She recently earned her degree. Mrs. Funnybones, Twinkle’s debut nonfiction book, was published in 2015.
