A 17-year-old girl was allegedly gang raped on Sunday night in Churu district of Rajasthan, police said. The victim and her father approached police alleging rape by two men from her village. Medical examination has been conducted to determine if the girl had been sexually assaulted.
She alleged that he raped her a number of times in the last one year, blackmailing and threatening to upload the video on social media.
The accused invited the girl to the fields on Sunday night. When she refused, he used the video to blackmail her. When she arrived at the fields, he pressed her to form a relationship with another person with whom he was travelling. He began abusing her as a result of her denial. They both raped her after she passed out.
