Security forces in Rajouri foiled a terror plot by recovering an Improvised Explosive Devise on the road. Police recovered the IED after receiving a credible input on “some suspicious movement”. Special operations groups of police and Indian Army launched a joint cordon and search operation.
The bomb was later destroyed in a controlled explosion in a safer location, SSP Rajouri told Newsquiz.
