A few hours ago, Kriti shared the movie’s trailer that Arjun Kapoor had posted on Instagram’s stories feature. Ae Villain (fire emoji) Fab trailer!, she wrote. (Fantastic emoji) and (ghost emoji) (pink heart emoji). Kriti cleverly made reference to the prequel’s characters played by Sidharth Malhotra and Shraddha Kapoor in her caption. She also tweeted on the movie’s cast and directors.
Ek Villain Returns, a spiritual prequel to the 2014 film Ek Villain starring Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor, and Riteish Deshmukh, will star John Abraham, Tara Sutaria, Disha Patani, and Arjun Kapoor. On July 29, it will have its theatrical debut.
