Increase Immunity At Home, Ministry Of AYUSH Released Guidelines.

Meanwhile, the Ayush Ministry has given some measures to keep the coronavirus in mind and strengthen the immunity system so that we can take care of ourselves and strengthen ourselves from within.

The Ministry of AYUSH gave information about how we can take care of ourselves and made some changes in the routine. In particular, these guidelines refer to respiratory measures. The guidelines issued by the Ministry of AYUSH are based on Ayurvedic literature and scientific publications.

The ministry said that due to Covid-19, people worldwide are greatly affected. Strengthening the body’s natural defense system is of paramount importance for good health. It states that treatment leads to better prevention. For this, we need to increase our immunity.

Explaining some measures, the Ministry of AYUSH has said that people should drink hot water throughout the day, it is very important to practice yoga, pranayama, and meditation for at least 30 minutes. It is recommended to use spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander during cooking.

To strengthen immunity, the ministry recommends eating 1 teaspoon of Chyawanprash in the morning. Those who are diabetic, have been advised to eat Chyawanprash without sugar.

The Ministry of AYUSH has suggested in its guidelines that drink herbal tea 1 or 2 times a day or drink a decoction of basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger and raisins and add half a teaspoon of turmeric to 150 ml warm milk.

The ministry has said in its statement that in the morning and evening apply sesame or coconut oil or ghee to both your nostrils, as suggested by Ayurvedic remedies. According to the ministry, well-known doctors from across the country have given information about these measures, which are very effective in increasing the immunity of a person.

For dry cough, it has also been reported to steam with fresh mint leaves or celery once a day, while taking a clove powder with natural sugar or honey 2-3 times a day for cough or sore throat. Is advised for
