SP SR of Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh Rana has told that a vehicle of ITBP (Indian Tibetan Border Police) has fallen into the Sutlej River. Rifleman Neema Dhongdhup and a driver hailing from Arunachal Pradesh are missing since the incident. At the same time, the police and the local administration are searching for the missing soldiers.
