Maharashtra School Reopening Decision announced, classes to resume from Monday

Maharashtra schools will reopen on Monday 24th January 2022. State School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad announced that the state government has approved the reopening of schools in classes 1 to 12. Students can come to the school for offline classes.

The government also said local authorities were still free to answer calls about school reopenings and closures. Students and permit holders have been told they must contact the school early for detailed guidelines. They have to wait for the same detailed order.
