Maheep Kapoor is trying to get back to her yoga routine. The actress, wife of Bollywood actor Sanjay Kapoor, had us swooning when she shared a series of photos of her yoga diary on her Instagram profile a day ago. Maheep rarely shares snippets of her training diary on her Instagram profile. Her Instagram profile is full of photos and videos of her private life – her family and friends. Maheep also likes to go back in time, traveling along the trail of memory every now and then. The actress has always had her Instagram family salivating over the big bangs of the past — whether it’s pictures of herself, or those of her family and friends.
A day ago, Maheep shared two photos of herself doing two different workouts in her living room. The actor added that she is resuming her yoga practice, which is how she does it. In one of the photos, Maheep can be seen hitting a side panel with a change. She can be seen turning her body to one side, balancing on one palm and one foot, while the other arm stretches upwards. Wearing a white crop top and purple sweatpants, Maheep took his eyes off the camera as he performed the side panel variation.
In another photo, Maheep masters Vrikshasana. Yoga pose, also known as tree pose, is a balancing pose. This is performed by placing one leg on the floor and then placing the other foot near the thigh. Then stretch your hands over your head in Namaskar pose.
