In a video message released on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked people to turn off all the lights of the house at 9 pm on April 5 to light a candle / lamp / mobile flashlight in the door / balcony of their house for 9 minutes. He said, “People do not have to gather anywhere in this event … We have to awaken the superpower of 130 crore Indians”.
