As the most popular ethnic wear of 2021, the sharara style continues to be a celebrity favorite in the New Year 2022, and the latest photos of Bollywood actor Mouni Roy are enough to support our claim as she turns our national fashion hero into ivory Black Anarkali sharara suit. A fashion trend of the ’60s, sharara were beautiful, stylish and super comfortable, and Mouni just raised the bar for ethnic fashion goals with her stunning look in an ivory Anarkali sharara short suit.

Steeped in the glamour of a bygone era, Mounius fell in love with ethnic fashion and once again became a shining armour in the world of traditional clothing, sharing her latest series of photos on social media, where she was seen wearing her tailor feet stretched forward. The photos feature the heroine wearing a crew neck, short full sleeves Anarkali kurti with an ivory base and a gold foil vintage bud print all over.

Anarkali is made of viscose crepe and is paired with a pair of sharara pants, also with an ivory base and a gold leaf vintage bud print throughout. Mouni layered the look in a contrasting black dupatta, with gold stripes along the edges and a gold leaf print all over. Mouni left her luscious long hair open in soft wavy curls down the back, adorning her look with a pair of striking golden jhumkis and a giant flower – a studded ring by Aquamarine Jewellery. With a touch of coral lipstick, Mouni amplifies the glam quotient with rosy blush and highlighted cheeks, kohl liner with black liner streaks, mascara-filled lashes, and thick brows.
