Celebrity Pilates instructor Namrata Purohit’s Instagram page is a guide for anyone trying to fix their workout routine. The fitness coach is known for training stars like Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and Pooja Hegde. Her latest post shows her demonstrating three ‘super effective’ Plank variations.

On Monday, Namrata posted a video of herself doing three Plank variations. The three workouts are Alternate Knee Taps, Hip Drops and Plank Saw. She asked her followers to “focus on the form, keep breathing and start with 12-16 reps”.

Namrata did the three Plank variations – Alternate Knee Taps, Hip Drops and Plank Saw. She listed a few points to keep in mind while doing each exercise. Namrata: “Feel those obliques and try not to rock the pelvis”.
