Navratri’s festival is a nine-day festival for various Hindu goddesses. During Navratri, people worshipped nine forms of Durga goddess, called Navdurga. Every day of Navratri is dedicated to the avatar of Ma Durga.
The first day is Matasail Putri, the second day is Brahma Charini, the third day is Chandra Ganta, the fourth day is Kushmanda, and the second and fifth days are Sri. Kandamata, the sixth day is Kajayani, the seventh day is Kaalratri, and the eighth day is Mahagauri and Siddhidatri on the ninth day.
