The Aam Admi Party (AAP) has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking an independent probe into the alleged threat to Arvind Kejriwal’s life over his comments on Kashmir movie, ‘The Kashmir Files’ AAP MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj levelled serious allegations against police.
Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia Bhardwaj has filed a petition seeking an investigation into the attack on Arvind Kejriwal’s house.

AAP MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj has described Thursday’s violence in the Indian capital as “a direct attack on democracy”. He has also accused the police and said that the police has completely abdicated their duty, without any regard for the fact that they were protecting an elected constitutional functionary.
Delhi Police failed to ensure that no unnecessary protest takes place on the road in front of the Delhi CM’s house, as it is a residential area. It appears that Delhi Police was hand in glove with the goons as they are members of the ruling party, which has absolute control over Delhi Police.
