Actress Neena Gupta has discussed how frequently she speaks with her daughter, fashion designer Masaba Gupta. Neena stated in a recent interview that they speak on the phone “two to three times a day.” The actor added that when working hard, they speak less. Additionally, she remembered someone who spoke to his mother once a week.
The child of Neena and former West Indies cricketer Vivian Richards is Masaba Gupta. In the 1980s, they were dating, and Masaba was born in 1989 as a result. Masaba was raised by Neena alone. Neena and Vivek Mehra exchanged vows in a private ceremony in 2008.
Neena discussed her relationship with her daughter in a News18 interview. Masaba and I do not share a home. But we continue to call one another. When people learn that we call each other two to three times per day, they frequently express surprise. I once heard a man say that he only talks to his mother once a week! However, there isn’t a strict requirement that we speak to one another three times. We don’t talk as much when Masaba is busy. Despite the fact that we are both very busy at work, we still find time for one another, she said.
Neena added that Masaba is her go-to person for trend information. “I only learn about today’s trends from Masaba,” she claimed. Our friend frequently remarks that he learned more from older people when he was younger and now that he is older, he prefers to be around younger people. I concur wholeheartedly with him.
Neena is currently working on a number of projects, including Vikas Bahl’s Goodbye. Along with Neena, Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna also appear in the movie.
