Imposing a verdict on the delaying tactics by Nirbhaya convicts, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday gave them seven days to take advantage of all the remaining legal remedies and said that all should stay together. The court rejected the Centre’s plea to allow separate execution of the four convicts, stating that whatever the case may be, all the procedures “should be fair, equitable and just”.
