Punjab’s Special Chief Secretary (Disaster Management) K.B.S. Sidhu has said that 62-year-old brother Nirmal Singh, who hailed from the Golden Temple and honored with Padmashree, died on Thursday after being found infected with the coronavirus. According to a doctor, he was put on ventilator and died due to cardiac arrest.
